Today on the New York City Crime Report: a woman in the Lower East Side, dead and wrapped in plastic, a biking enthusiast/slashing enthusiast defends himself in court and brings his victim to tears during the cross examination, and a monster is sentenced to 25 years to life for setting a woman's crotch on fire and yes, we mean that literally.
